The rules for making, previewing, buying, and sharing a video on Growing Up Video AI.

Agreement

These terms cover Growing Up Video AI, the site where you turn photos from different ages into a growing up video. By creating a project, buying a video, or opening a share link, you agree to them.

How we handle your photos and account is described in the Privacy Policy.

The service

You upload photos of one person, a couple, or a pet from different ages. Our AI estimates the order and plans a short moment for each pair of photos. Each pair becomes a transition of about 5 seconds, and the transitions are joined into one video.

Every account can render one free preview of a first transition. The full video is a one-time purchase per video. The price depends on how many photos you use and is shown before you pay.

The video is generated by AI. Faces, hands, backgrounds, and motion can look different from the real photos, and a transition can miss what you pictured. That is why the preview and the included redos exist. You are responsible for watching the video before you show or share it.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else is using it, email ethancarterbusy5@gmail.com.

Your photos

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use them, and that you are allowed to use the likeness of the people in them — for example because they are you, your family, or people who agreed.

You give us permission to use the photos only to make your video: to store them, analyze them, generate the transitions, and deliver the result. We do not take ownership of your photos or your video.

Buying a video

A purchase covers one video project:

Rendering every transition in that project, in HD and without a watermark.
The number of redos shown at checkout. A redo renders a finished transition again, optionally with your own description.
Retrying a transition that failed to render, which never uses a redo.
Adding your own music, creating the final video again, downloading it, and creating a share link.

Videos and their transitions are stored for 14 days after they are made, then deleted along with their share links. Download the final video within that time to keep a copy; we cannot restore a deleted video.

A purchase does not carry over to a different project. Prices are in US dollars. The price shown on the payment page is the price you pay.

Refunds

If your video cannot be completed because of a problem on our side, email us and we will either fix it or refund the purchase.

If the video was rendered, we look at refund requests case by case within 7 days of payment. Email ethancarterbusy5@gmail.com with your account email, the date, and what went wrong. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer — we usually reply within a day.

Acceptable use

Use the site for personal memories and celebrations. Do not upload photos of people without their permission, sexual or violent content, content involving minors in any inappropriate way, or anything meant to deceive, harass, or impersonate someone.

We may refuse a generation, remove a share link, or close an account that is being used that way.

A share link is unlisted, not a password. Anyone who has the link can watch the video. Do not post it publicly if the video should stay private. We can turn a link off after a deletion request or an abuse report.
