Privacy Policy

How Growing Up Video AI handles your account, your photos, your videos, and payments.

Who this covers

This policy is for Growing Up Video AI, the site where you turn photos from different ages into a growing up video. It covers your account, the photos and music you upload, the videos we generate, share links, and payments.

The short version

We use your photos only to make your video. We do not sell them, we do not use them to train AI models, and you can delete a project at any time. Questions go to ethancarterbusy5@gmail.com.

Your account

You sign in with Google. From that sign-in we receive your name, email address, and profile photo, so you can come back to your videos.

Photos and music you upload

Your photos are resized and cropped in your browser, then stored so we can make your video. To plan the video, we send small versions of the photos to an AI model that estimates ages and describes each photo. To render the transitions, the photos are sent to an AI video model. These providers process the photos on our behalf to return results; they are not given permission to use them for anything else.

If you upload music, it is stored and used only to make your final video.

Videos we generate

Transitions and the final video are stored so you can watch, download, and share them. Before you buy, only the free preview transition is visible to you. Videos are kept for 14 days after they are made and then deleted, including their share links — download any video you want to keep.

If you create a share link, anyone with that link can watch the final video until it is deleted after 14 days. Share pages are not listed in search engines. Ask us to turn off a link at any time.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number. We keep a record of the order — amount, date, and which video it was for.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are used and where people get stuck. This does not include your photos.

Deleting your data

You can delete a project from your account. To delete your account and all of your photos and videos, email ethancarterbusy5@gmail.com from the email on your account. We delete stored files within 30 days, except order records we must keep for tax and accounting.
